Bill was born and raised in Livermore where he still resides today with his wife Jill. After graduating from Livermore High School, Bill went to work for his father at the family run auto dealership, Groth Bros. Chevrolet. Starting from the ground up, Bill held many positions at the dealership eventually becoming co-owner of the business after the passing of his father in 1987.

After nearly 30 years in the auto business, Bill sold his interest in the dealership and has brought his well deserved reputation of honesty, integrity and trust to the real estate finance industry where he has helped the residents of the Tri-Valley improve their financial position through real estate ownership.

During his many years in business, Bill has developed strict work ethics, high standards and the professionalism necessary to provide exemplary service to his clients and the community. His flexibility allows for the utmost in convenience to his clients schedule and needs.

Bill is a past board of director for the Livermore Rotary Club, a member of the Livermore Chamber of Commerce and board of director for the Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center. His favorite pastime is working on improving his golf game.
